Building Contract
Up until this point, we have assisted you with every detail of the project you wish to create, and no money has changed hands with us. (The Client will pay directly to the Draftsman, Engineers and Soil Testers).
All of your chosen selections, exactly to your style, requirements and budget have been discussed thoroughly, and we have most likely developed a trusted professional relationship as we endeavour to do so with all of our prospective clients.
We firmly believe that the price we will have provided you with in our Fixed Price Project Quotation will encompass paramount quality of construction build. It is solely the customer’s decision at this stage, if they wish to proceed with the exciting adventure of transforming their original idea into a rewarding reality.
On acceptance of the Project Quotation, your Master Builders® Construction Contract (which includes all legalities and schedules for payments) will be reviewed in depth and signed by both Client and Builder. You will be encouraged to analyse all sections of the agreement to ensure peace of mind, and welcomed to ask us any questions for your clarity. A deposit of 5% of the Project Quotation is paid to the Builder on contract signing to address the relevant Council charges required when preparing the Council Application.
