“The retirement village is well established and nearly $40 million has been spent on the project so far including the building of the 91 existing houses, community centre facilities and civil infrastructure. It has 143 residents and has an excellent reputation amongst retirees and the broader community.
Todd Jeffries has been the Builder since Stage 3 and his building work has proved of such high quality and his administration of such simplicity and quality that we have used him for all subsequent building work.
In all we have nominated Jeffries Builders on housing stages 3-8 and to build the Resident’s Dance Studio, the Regency Park Service Centre and the Oasis Swimming Pool and spa Complex. We intend to select Todd Jeffries as the nominated builder for all future building work at Regency Park.”

We have been working with Todd Jeffries and his staff recently during renovations to our medical practice rooms, and have been impressed by the level of professionalism and courtesy. Todd immediately recognised the difficulty for us carrying out building work during standard business hours, and arranged for all works to be conducted after hours. Jeffries Builders have worked long hours at nights and on weekends to accommodate our needs.

"Todd is by far the best builder we have ever had the privilege of working with to build our beautiful home at Swanfels. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he often had creative ideas and suggestions which, although harder for his team, he knew would give a better look and finish.
Todd is always very approachable and made our building process very hassle free. This flows through to the skilled team he has within his company. Bill and Geoff certainly deserve a mention! Great blokes, great personalities and so very skilled at their trades.
Our only regret has been not knowing Todd when we have built houses in the past. We will always highly recommend Jeffries Builders!
